For attendance and work charged by the hour, the first-hour rates below include travel, attendance and the first hour of work. Planned installations are quoted for the agreed scope.
Scheduled work: £80 for the first hour
Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm. Further scheduled time is £55 per hour.
Daytime emergency: £120 for the first hour
Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm. Includes priority response and the first hour of fault finding. Any follow-on rate is agreed before continuing.
Out-of-hours emergency: £150 for the first hour
Nights and weekends. Includes priority response and the first hour. Any follow-on rate is agreed before continuing.
For an emergency, call to confirm availability, the applicable first-hour rate and the response arrangements. Parts and any further work are discussed and agreed before proceeding.
